This vulnerability disclosure policy applies to any vulnerabilities you are considering reporting to us (the "Organisation"). We recommend reading this vulnerability disclosure policy fully before you report a vulnerability and always acting in compliance with it.
We value those who take the time and effort to report security vulnerabilities according to this policy. However, we do not offer monetary rewards for vulnerability disclosures.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please submit your report to us using the following email:
In your report please include details of:
What to expect
After you have submitted your report, we will respond to your report within 5 working days and aim to triage your report within 10 working days. We’ll also aim to keep you informed of our progress.
Priority for remediation is assessed by looking at the impact, severity and exploit complexity. Vulnerability reports might take some time to triage or address. You are welcome to enquire on the status but should avoid doing so more than once every 14 days. This allows our teams to focus on the remediation. When asking for updates please use the original email thread where possible so that all discussions are kept in one place.
We will notify you when the reported vulnerability is remediated, and you may be invited to confirm that the solution covers the vulnerability adequately.
Once your vulnerability has been resolved, we welcome requests to disclose your report. We’d like to unify guidance to affected users, so please do continue to coordinate public release with us.
You must NOT:
This policy is designed to be compatible with common vulnerability disclosure good practice. It does not give you permission to act in any manner that is inconsistent with the law, or which might cause the Organisation or partner organisations to be in breach of any legal obligations.
Always love my trips to the salon - the girls are all so friendly and It’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
After dying my own hair for years it had gone really dark. I really wanted to go lighter. I went to see Rosie and Lynzi to work their magic...after quite a while and a little trial and error i now love my hair. They were both amazing, very patient and reassuring especially as I've been dark haired all my life.
If I could leave 10 stars I would. I travel up from Edinburgh to have my hair done by Gillian and future tech done by Nicole and it is so well worth it. Taylor’s have the best service, staff and atmosphere I’ve ever found in a salon. I am a client for life! Always so delighted with the results - AMAZING I love coming to Taylor’s!
I started seeing Nicole about 6 months ago as I had a fractured back which kept me out of playing football for a while… ever since I’ve been, my back has caused me no issues & I feel in the best shape I’ve ever been in. she is great at what she does & extremely knowledgeable! i even sometimes keep some of my pains quiet & she still recognises them straight away haha! Definitely the best sports masseuse I have experienced & I have & would happily recommend Nicole to everyone.
I’ve been going to Nicole for a while now and what a difference her sports therapy has made to me physically.
Any particular aches or pains I’m suffering she always knows how to sort out. I’ve also found a sports massage for general body maintenance to be extremely beneficial.
Couldn’t recommend enough.
Always look forward to my appointment at Taylor’s. Friendly and excellent stylists. Highly recommend!
I go to Nicole almost every week for sports therapy and she always does a fantastic job. Any injury or niggle I have from football, she always manages to help towards my recovery if its aimed on a certain injury or just a full body recovery massage, brilliant.
I had such a lovely experience at Taylors, the girls are very knowledgeable. Lovely run salon i cant wait to come back.
